HB–Hardened Top Jaws
The hardened top clamping jaw for power chucks are universally applicable jaws that can be ground in the chuck when mounted. The diamond serration allows for a higher clamping force. The HB and HBT hardened top jaws are manufactured for the QLC and QLK power chucks, but are designed to the industry standard, making them suitable for any power chuck with matching dimensions. The jaws are readily ground when delivered with our power chuck.
WB–Soft Top Jaws
The WBL and WBS soft top clamping jaws are used for the accurate clamping of already machined workpieces on which the jaws may not mark the part. These soft top jaws for power chucks are turned by the user, under clamping pressure, to the respective clamping diameter in order to ensure extremely high accuracy and repeatability.
The WB series of soft top jaws for power chucks are manufactured to industry standards and so may be used on other power chucks with matching jaw dimensions.

Hardened top clamping jaws for universal application. The jaws can be reground in the chuck. FHB have an increased driving force due to multiple teeth.
KBNKLA Roughing Jaws - Outside Clamping
Soft top jaws type FWB are used for the accurate clamping of already machined work pieces, on which clamping surfaces should not be damaged. These jaws are turned under clamping pressure by the user to the respective clamping diameter, ensuring extremely high accuracy and repeatability.
The FWB soft top clamping jaws are manufactured to European industry standards and are compatible with any chuck with base jaws matching these dimensions.
KBNKLA Roughing Jaws - Inside Clamping
Soft clamping jaws type FMB are used for the accurate clamping of already machined work pieces, on which clamping surfaces should not be damaged. These jaws are turned, by the user, under clamping pressure, to the respective clamping diameter to ensure extremely high accuracy and repeatability.
